Leah Cammuso of Worcester, will join her teacher, Inna Muravnik, faculty, to play Grieg for piano four-hands on April 29th, starting at 4:00 pm in the Great Hall at Pakachoag Church.
Leah has studied piano with Inna for thee years. What is the biggest lesson Leah has learned while studying with Inna?
“The biggest lesson I’ve learned from Inna is that… when you dedicate yourself to something that is important to you, success is attainable! Inna is a sure example of this.” Leah also notes, “What I like the most about being a student of Inna are the little chats about life before my lesson. She cares about me as a person. It isn’t all about the music. “
Leah is a high school senior and has been playing piano since she was 4 years old. She began studying with Inna three years ago after moving from Michigan to Massachusetts. She enjoys passing on her love for music to the two students she teaches; she has also served as pianist for a church children’s choir. Leah is planning a gap year starting in September to study further with Inna and is looking forward to the possibility of becoming a music performance major.
Please join us on Saturday, April 29th, 2017 at 4:00 pm for this special piano concert. Senior Andrew Lefferts will also play with Inna; and Inna will perform solo selections from Schumann’s Novelletten.
